Training | HSMAI Certified Revenue Manager (CRM) Qualification
The HSMAI Certified Revenue Manager Qualification is designed to provide participants with a thorough grounding in Revenue Management, Distribution and Digital Marketing practices. The Certification course keeps Revenue Managers up to date with new trends, supports hotel managers with an in-depth understanding of business processes required to optimise profitability, and provides the transitional education for moving from the position of Reservations Manager to Revenue Manage..
CRM Content overview
The Certification features 15 modules divided into three subject areas;
2 - Distribution and Digital Marketing
3 - Elective modules - development of specialist skllls
There are five modules to each subject area, four of which are delivered as one-day workshops with each followed by an online assessment. To complete the fifth module, delegates are required to present a case study that demonstrates practical application of the learning from the previous four modules within each subject area.
Participants can choose their final five elective modules allowing them to specialise in areas that are of particular interest to them, or of particular relevance to the hotel business environment they are working in.
