Janel Hoskins

Janel HoskinsRevenue by Design co-founder Janel Hoskins is responsible for driving revenue management consulting and strategies and takes on the role of Operations Director and Director of Revenue Management. Janel, who brings her considerable hotel revenue management experience to the table, has already helped many clients realise maximum profitability within different business models.

With more than 15 years experience in the hotel industry, Janel has driven revenue growth for three, four and five star hotels throughout the UK and Europe. Prior to forming Revenue By Design, Janel was revenue manager EMEA for TravelClick, formally Vantis, where she managed a broad portfolio of properties in 11 countries generating annual revenues in excess of US$6.5m.

Prior to TravelClick, Janel was group revenue manager for Sarova Hotels where she managed revenue strategies, electronic distribution and rlrctronic marketing campaigns. She has also worked for global brands as Holiday Inn and Marriott before concentrating on the independent hotel market.

Ally Dombey

Ally DombeyAlly Dombey is a Director and co-founder of Revenue by Design and focuses on delivering expertise in channel management and electronic marketing to Revenue by Design’s client base.

Ally comes from a successful marketing background having worked for several marketing agencies across London prior to moving to Galileo International (now Travelport) where she was responsible for developing the distribution giant’s brand identity and managing pan-European marketing campaigns.

Since 1994 she has been a consultant to the hospitality industry. Prior to co-founding Revenue by Design, Ally was a managing partner in Partners in Marketing – an electronic marketing and distribution consultancy, whose services included internet marketing strategy development, e-commerce and channel management within hotels. During this time Ally worked with major hotel brands and tourist boards to develop and implement online distribution strategies.

Ally works with individual hotels and hotel groups to identify best-in-class marketing and distribution tools to optimise revenues from marketing activities, distribution channels and third party partners. She works with hotel teams to ensure alignment of revenue, marketing & distribution strategies

Ally is a firm believer in the power of coaching to improve the existing skills and knowledge base of individuals encouraging them to build on their own resources. She holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching from Management Futures.
