What’s involved?

• Your coach assesses the revenue position of the property, the processes in place, and the team skills.
• Working with your team to build and develop their skills, the programme realigns current practices, reinforces team knowledge of Revenue Management, and puts in place the checks and balances required to make sound, confident revenue decisions.
• Your makeover timings are agreed between you and your coach, and split between time with the coach on-site, and time for the team to practice and put into place the coach’s recommendations.
• Typically you’ll spend 7 working days with the coach, and take anywhere between 8-12 weeks to implement the recommendations.
• Monthly site visits are put in place for the following three months to ensure the programme runs smoothly
