What we do
We develop winning Revenue Management Programmes for a hotel or group and build the framework for optimising revenue potential in line with your hotel’s business objectives. Each programme is dynamically built to meet your needs. We provide you with team coaching tailored to your property requirements, new processes developed in line with your business and a combination of on site and phone coaching services to fully embed the learning into your organisation.

What's involved?

Programmes can be developed and implement on site or using phone coaching

On-Site Programmes:

The progamme is developed with you and generally involves ten days on site over a period of tthree months with a follow up day once every month.

Minimum contract 6 months

Phone Coaching

We have ten phone coaching modules, each module features between 3 and 6 phonce coaching sessions.The benefit of phone coaching is

• You're relatively unlimited on who can join each session,
• You can sign up for as may or as few sessions as you like
• Each session can be planned and booked in when you need it
• Its a cost effective and affordable way to upgrade skills on a "pick 'n mix" basis.

Phone coaching does require commitment form the team to action points that are made in each session and each session requires on avearge 3 hours preparation work in time for the next session.

We also offer a Fast Track Revenue Management Makeover for a complete overhaul of your revenue strategy
