Our social media training programme offers a thorough introduction to social media from a consumer and hotel’s perspective. The workshop gives delegates an overview of the tools that can be used to track and monitor social media campaigns and the key risks to consider when implementing campaigns in particular those that attract mass participation
Delegates are encouraged to develop ideas around running their own campaigns and in so doing, we unveil the key points to consider when creating a social media campaign and how this may impact revenue strategies and profitability.
We offer open courses – open to any hotel or venue to participate plus bespoke one to one coaching and in house training..
