For those that are interested in getting a bit more information on the HSMAI Europe Certified Revenue Manager qualification (CRM) this presentation gives some background on HSMAI Europe, the structure of the qualification, detail on the Revenue Management Advisory Board who are responsible for driving the direction of the CRM (and who meet regularly to discuss the direction that hotel revenue management is going in thereby keeping the course current)  the content of the course, how long it takes, how you can take it – e.g in stages or as part of a team and the different methods of payment.
