Meeting and Event Space Revenue optimisation workshop – March 27th

A one-day workshop on March 27th applying the principles of Revenue Management to meetings and events space, designed to align the sales and revenue management functions.

We introduce the key performance indicators that drive function space revenue management including Revenue per Delegate, Revenue per Occupied Space, and Revenue per Available space. The workshop provides practical examples of implementing function space strategies with a focus on optimising diary management and creating meeting rooms selling strategies aligned with rooms selling strategies, to maximize opportunities for improving revenues.

Supporting tools include calculating displacement, and basic tools to forecast and track meeting room demand and pick up. The workshop also looks at the skills required to communicate function space revenue management to the wider executive team. Read more
