At the heart of Revenue by Design’s operation has been the desire to drive awareness and understanding of revenue management within hospitality. We are passionate about the power of a well thought out and executed strategy can transform bottom- and top-line profitability. Over 500 hospitality professionals have chosen to further their revenue knowledge with our classroom-based training courses, something we are very proud of.

However, lockdowns and government enforced restrictions brought an abrupt halt to our training workshops last March. Just as hotels faced more pressure than ever to make every penny count, our commitment to drive and share revenue management knowledge was put on hold and scheduled courses were cancelled. Like us all in these times, we had to find other ways of doing things.

But, as they say, out of adversity comes opportunity. Driven by the desire to continue to make revenue management knowledge accessible to all, the Revenue by Design team have been busy building a comprehensive online learning resource taking the classroom courses into an online environment. Some months later, we are delighted to announce the birth of Revenue Academy!

Our modular based, instructor led courses provide access to flexible online learning that can be designed to match your own specific learning objectives. The combination of fundamental revenue principles with practical experience is designed to appeal to all –whether you are a hotel, B&B or guesthouse owner looking for tools and techniques to help you price for profit, a digital marketer keen to understand how pricing decisions impact your strategy, or a revenue professional who is looking to advance and deepen their revenue knowledge. A phased approach sees entry level courses launched initially, with courses for the more advanced revenue practitioner coming soon.

We are hugely excited by this development in our suite of solutions designed to transform revenue management understanding and knowledge. As Ally Northfield, Managing Director, Revenue by Design says, “This has been a true labour of love for myself and the Revenue by Design team. The pandemic has stopped us all in our tracks, but the requirement for accessible and affordable revenue management learning is needed now more than ever as hotels plan their recovery. We are delighted to launch a solution that can provide a practical and accessible means to share the skills, knowledge and strategies required to transform profitability.”

So, what is stopping you? Commit now to expand your knowledge and understanding at your own pace from the comfort of your own home.  Check out courses here www.revenueacademy.co.uk or email [email protected] for more information.
